As a moderator, ask yourself the following questions :

1. For which training or course you want to use The Green Compass?
2. Which group of people you want to invite? (involve students, staff ?)
3. Which theme or subject(s) you and your team want to discuss?

Please remember:

1. To discuss a subject takes about ten to fifteen minutes
2. Make sure your ambitions are translated into smart actions
3. As a moderator give attention to every opinion in the discussion
