Please read the text below individually: which phase suits your training now?  Which indicators apply or do not apply to the situation your training is in?

After a few minutes please discuss your personal findings in the group. Try to find a shared opinion by listening carefully to everyone’s arguments. Try to avoid voting. Click the green button if all indicators are fulfilled, click the blue button if not all indicators are met. Then click the button which helps you to identify your ambition: what is the next phase you want to go to?

A phase is completed if all indicators are met – and all of those of the phases before! So phase 3 can only be achieved if all indicators of phase 1 and 2 are met.

The management as well as the team itself take care of bringing -and keeping – employee’s expertise on sustainable development up to standard. This concerns general knowledge as well as specific knowledge of sustainable innovations for the sector in which the team educates.

Schooling in sustainability has been recorded in the year plan or in a separate development plan for the staff.
